Why the Fall Invaders Program
Each season brings with it its share of weather, holidays, and unfortunately… pests. The fall is famous for pumpkin spice, leaf peeping, and hordes of Asian lady beetles in the corner of your ceiling and fun other pests seeking out the warmth and moisture your home is bound to have. Do Asian lady beetles bite? No. Do you want them in in your house? Also, no. You don’t have to live with them.
Our Fall Invaders Program is a reduction plan that takes care of three of the top fall offenders: Stink Bugs, Boxelder Bugs, and Asian Lady Beetles. While these pests are just a nuisance and they pose no health or safety threat, they are annoying and you don’t want to have them in your home. That’s where the Fall Invaders Program comes in!
Fall Invaders Program
The Fall Invaders Program works as easy as 1, 2, 3!
- Removal: We will find the fall invaders and safely remove them from your home with a HEPA vacuum.
- Treatment: We will choose from an arsenal of strategies including indoor and outdoor treatments to help get rid of any we can’t see.
- Exclusion: We make sure to close up as many holes and cracks that could be letting them (and many other pests) into your home
WHY YOU SHOULDN’T DIY IT
It’s just a lady bug! Oh great, just flush the stink bug. Can I get rid of boxelder bugs naturally!? They may just be annoying, but dealing with these fall pests should be left to the professionals. You probably know that crushing stink bugs and boxelder bugs causes a terrible smell to emit. But did you know that smell can attract others? And if left to die, the carcasses of all three of the pests the Fall Invaders Program covers will attract other pests like carpet beetles that will feed on them. And even before that, spiders would love to catch and eat these pests for you, but then you have spiders attracted to your home because of the pest buffet you’re allowing to form. Not on our watch! Want to know how to get rid of stink bugs in the fall? We get them out safely and work to keep them out for you.
WHAT PESTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE FALL INVADERS PROGRAM
BOXELDER BUGS
Boxelder bugs are black with reddish or orange markings on their back. Adult boxelder bugs have a body shape that is a somewhat flattened and elongated oval and is about half an inch long. They have six legs and two antennae that are typically half of their body length. In the fall, they will congregate in large numbers inside your home.

ASIAN LADY BEETLES
Asian lady beetles are a little bigger than ladybugs – clocking in at about 7 mm long and 5.5 mm wide. While ladybugs are bright red with black spot, the color of Asian lady beetles can vary from red to orange, and even to tan, and they don’t always have those trademark black spots. If you have a sun facing wall, you can have hundreds on the side of your home – just hoping for a crack to get through.

STINK BUGS
Stink bugs are described in several different ways. They are characterized as both “large, oval-shaped insects” and “shield-shaped insects.” Adult stink bugs can reach almost 2 cm in length. They are nearly as wide as they are long. Their legs extend from the sides, so this makes the adult bugs appear even larger. True to their name, if you crush them… they stink.
